  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can complete the form on our contact page, or call 848-404-9440 anytime to schedule an appointment. 

  • Where should I park?

    Parking can be tricky but allow us to help you! You can choose to park either in the street or in the visitors parking lot located between buildings 1713 & 1717. If you still are having difficulties finding parking, don't hesitate to call your stylist for help. 

  • What payment options do you accept?

    At Mane + Soul, we accept apple pay, a variety of credit cards, checks, and cash. 

  • Cancelation Policy

    Rescheduling and cancelations made with less than 48 hours notice will require a 50% to reserve a new appointment. The deposit will apply to the total value of your next appointment, but will be forfeited upon another reschedule or cancellation. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non refundable deposit will be required to schedule all future appointments.  Repetitive cancelations, rescheduling or no shows will result in the inability to book at Mane + Soul. 

  • What is Your Refund/Redo Policy?

    At Mane + Soul Salon we hold all of our artists to an extremly high standard and guest experience is and always will be our top priority. If you are unhappy with your experince we always ask that you present us with your concerns within 48 hours of your service so we can properly address the problem. 


    We have a strict no refund policy. If you are unhappy with your service please call or email us to dicsuss your concerns and we would be happy to invite you back to the salon with a stylist of your choice to assess your hair to determine how we can adjust it to ensure your happiness. 


    We pride ourselves on amazing services and we will always do our best to accomadte your needs in a timely manner.
